Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Trio of Cookies and Delight Bites

This isn't the 1st time I have purchased these items, the cookies are all beautiful and they are great too keep in the cupboard for visitors and they love them. The Delight Bites well they are something else absolutely divine, I am sending this packet too my daughter and I certainly think that she and her partner will love them. Hopefully I can get her on board and buying from Pudding Lady products.
