CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Please note that during the busiest time of the year we may experience some delays in shipping.  We do everything within our power to ensure that your package arrives to you within a reasonable time frame, however, from time to time there may be delays that are out of our hands.  We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances. 
 
We have been advised by Australia Post to recommend postage no later than 18 December to all states except WA and NT.  Please allow an extra week for these destinations. 

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

Newcastle's Pudding Lady delivers high quality goodies to anywhere in Australia.  

Our aim is to ensure you receive your order as safely and quickly as possible. We generally dispatch your order within 1-3 working days.

Please check your address before final processing to ensure you have the correct details.  Once processed, it is not possible to change an order. 

DELIVERY DATES

Under normal circumstances for major cities, you can expect your order from 2-5 business days after dispatch.  For remote regional areas, please allow 5-7 business days and up to 10 business days for Western Australia.

We offer an option for Express Post if you require your parcel quickly.  You will see the relevant charge for this at the checkout. 

The Pudding Lady does not deliver on weekends or on National Public Holidays.  Orders placed on these dates will be dispatched on the next business day.

The Pudding Lady can delivery from Monday to Friday.  Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver at exact specified times of the day or on weekends. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. 

For all other orders you will be charged according to weight of shipment and shipping address.  Express post is also available.
