It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Salad dressing

The mandarin and mint is my favourite we buy it all the time and it is shipped and on our table within a week. I highly recommend all the varieties also the puddings. Great customer service and yummy products
