Crafted from a recipe handed down through generations, this Vintage Christmas pudding is bursting with plump fruit, macerated in orange juice and moistened with rum and brandy. Rich and sticky, this pudding evokes memories of the highly anticipated Christmas treat of days gone by.

Our Vintage Pudding is dark, rich, fruity and delicious. Made from plump fruit grown and dried under the sun, finely milled flour from Australian wheat, farm fresh eggs, distilled spirits made from Australian grown fruits and grains and superior spices from every corner of the globe.

Every one of our puddings is hand finished, wrapped in cloth and tied with ribbon, continuing to excite and delight our customers, as we have always done.

Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.
