We have developed a gluten free pudding containing no added sugar or artificial sweetener. The moistness and sweetness come from ripe, flavoursome fruits. This pudding is ideal for those who choose to be a little more health conscious and may be suitable for diabetics and coeliac in controlled portions. This gluten-free and no added sugar option is available in two sizes, 1kg and 500g, both round puddings.

Our puddings are hand wrapped and ribboned, with the finest attention to every detail of the process.

Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.
