Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.

Delectable and fruity pudding fit for the fussiest!

An indulgent Chrissie pudding dense with sweet fruit, just the right amount of brandy and no bitterness. Served with Caramel Fudge sauce with Rum it is a joy to savour. Add that it’s quick to reheat and serve, its the perfect Chrissie pudding, perfect for 8-10 people, suited to camping holidays and gourmet kitchens alike. Bought as gifts for family and one for my own table.

Super delicious

So easy to warm up and so yummy and super delicious and our family loved it.. the caramel fudge sauce in this duo pack was an amazing topping n we served it wt vanilla bean ice cream which made the whole dessert just heavenly..
