Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.

Sooo yummy

I'm a return customer. I don't make my own anymore as these puddings are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. I've ordered the sticky date pudding as well for this Christmas. Can't wait to taste it!

Traditional Christmas Log

I have been buying these wonderful puddings for a number of years now and they taste just like my Scottish grandmothers recipe that I used to use to make my family ones. I’m now 80 so her recipe would be around at least 150 years old !! Delivery is always prompt and the convenience of the log for a large gathering is great and the heating is so easy. Not to mention the taste❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic for those of us who don’t cook puddings or sweets and who’s Nan and Gran have moved beyond that great Christmas Kitchen. May their souls rest in peace.

Nostalgia right here and it enables us to relive our childhood Christmas dinner and Nan and Pops. It was delicious
