The pairing of rum and raisin flavour is surely an unrivalled timeless classic. Lovers of fruit and rum can delight in this moist rich rum and raisin combination. Out traditional pudding recipe is enhanced with plump drunken raisins, bitter dark chocolate and sweet rum.

Our puddings are hand wrapped and ribboned, with the finest attention to every detail of the process.

Chocolate Rum and Raisin Christmas Pudding 800g - Log in cloth

Highly recommend as the taste was very good, alcohol not overpowering, although I did not use the microwave to heat up but boiled it. I would've steamed it the traditional way, but I followed the instructions. If it is possible to do the steaming method, please let me know. Everyone enjoyed it as some guests do not like traditional Christmas Puddings. I would definitely buy this product again.

Yummiest Pudding!
