Crafted from a recipe handed down through generations, this Vintage Christmas pudding is bursting with plump fruit, macerated in orange juice and moistened with rum and brandy. Rich and sticky, this pudding evokes memories of the highly anticipated Christmas treat of days gone by.
Our Vintage Pudding is dark, rich, fruity and delicious. Made from plump fruit grown and dried under the sun, finely milled flour from Australian wheat, farm fresh eggs, distilled spirits made from Australian grown fruits and grains and superior spices from every corner of the globe.
Every one of our puddings is hand finished, wrapped in cloth and tied with ribbon, continuing to excite and delight our customers, as we have always done.
Dried fruits (44.8%) (sultanas, currants, raisins (coated in vegetable oil), dates (dusted in rice flour), candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid (330)), butter (cream, salt), `Free Range Egg, brown sugar, breadcrumbs (wheat flour with thiamine and folic acid, yeast, iodised salt, water), wheat flour (with thiamine and folic acid), orange juice, Australian rum (3%), Brandy (3%), water, spices, flavours, bicarbonate of soda.
