The luscious flavour of summer mango blended with a hint of chili and coriander make this the perfect dressing for any salad. Just drizzle over the top of your favourite combination of greens or for something tantalising, try it with a prawn, mango and rocket salad. Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.

Favourite salad dressing

This dressing is devine on a simple green salad with mango, for Christmas I added prawns to this salad, everyone loved it and wanted to know where I had bought it. The coriander is not too strong, which is to my liking, I bought 2 bottles and so pleased I did.
