Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.

Happy Grandma

I sent this to my grandparents and she is so happy. She'll be getting it out to share with friends in the lead up to Christmas. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've sent these puddings as gifts and I always hear great things.

A great gift idea.
