The delicious flavours and texture of deluxe chocolate and pecan are enhanced by the presence of sweet cherries for a little fruitful fancy.

Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.

Birthday present.

An excellent cake which I bought as a gift. I was worried that it might be too sweet but it wasn't. Very dense. The chocolate sauce was beautiful. The only issue I had was that I had to go back to the website to find the heating instructions. We're going to buy more for Christmas gifts!
