Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.

Absolutely out of this world

Not many ppl eat pudding at Christmas..but 1 person tasted the beautiful pudding and it was gone in seconds..will be buying again next year. A new tradition has started.

Oh wow

I haven’t had a pudding this good in many many years. So rich and fruity and that boozy flavour knocks it out of the park. The brandy custard on the other hand wasn’t a favourite but it doesn’t matter as the pudding was great!
