Enhanced by the crunch of our only commercially produced native Australian nut, this pudding is something special. Our traditional fruit pudding, with the added indulgence of rich dark chocolate and macadamia nuts, it’s a real treat for any day of the year.

Brandy Butter is traditionally an English accompaniment adopted by Australians who love to add a sense of occasion to pudding time. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. As it melts through the pudding, it adds another level of buttery richness to our traditional Christmas puddings and logs. Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a fry pan and gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.
