Enhanced by the crunch of our only commercially produced native Australian nut, this pudding is something special. Our traditional fruit pudding, with the added indulgence of rich dark chocolate and macadamia nuts, it’s a real treat for any day of the year.
Our puddings are hand wrapped and ribboned, with the finest attention to every detail of the process.

Dried fruits (40.8%) (sultanas, raisins (coated in vegetable oil)), butter (cream, salt), brown sugar, free range eggs, dark chocolate (5.7%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin)), breadcrumbs (wheat flour with thiamine and folic acid, yeast, iodised salt water), wheat flour (with thiamine and folic acid), macadamia nuts (4%), brandy (4%), orange juice, water, cocoa, flavours, spice, bicarbonate of soda.
Contains alcohol 2.8% by weight.
