A big, flavour-filled, butterscotch-like sauce to dribble generously over our puddings or over ice cream, pancakes and waffles, cake and biscotti. It is the most traditional of Christmas Pudding Sauces. A 250ml bottle is enough for a 1kg pudding but this is so delicious you won’t want to be stingy with it
