Those with an English background will appreciate this classic rich buttery sauce. It is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. Brandy Butter will melt through the pudding and add an extra richness. Excellent addition to all our puddings because they too are made with real butter. 200 gram jar is sufficient for 1kg of pudding.
Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast. Try adding a little to a frypan to gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.
