Ginger and Sesame Pork Skewers (or chicken if you prefer)

Serving size 4

Ingredients
12 pre-soaked bamboo skewers (soak for at least 10 minutes)
1/3 cup Simply Stirred Sweet Ginger & Sesame Marinade 
¼ cup soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
600gms pork fillet or 600gm chicken breast fillets cut into strips

Cooking Directions
Combine soy, Simply Stirred Sweet Ginger & Sesame Marinade and sesame oil in a bowl.
Cut pork fillets or chicken into 2 cm cubes, add to marinade and toss to coat.
Stand in fridge for at 15 minutes.

Pre-heat BBQ plate or char grill on high heat.
Brush well with oil.
Thread meat onto skewers and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until pork or chicken cooked through.
