Available in sizes from 500gram through to 3kg this range features the finest dried fruits, fresh eggs, full strength Australian brandy, added sugar, butter and fresh orange juice and peel. Spices are added to support the base recipe and to enhance the dried fruit flavours.

This very TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS PUDDING recipe has been handed down over 5 generations.  We still make it by hand and boil it in cloth in our purpose built coppers, the same as great, great granny did.  That's why the flavour and aroma speak for themselves and why our customers buy our puddings year after year.  We carefully blend premium ingredients into round puddings and pudding logs from 500gm to 3kg, all of which are fully cooked and ready to eat.  Each one is vacuum sealed for total protection and will keep for years until you are ready to enjoy it hot or cold.
