The PERFECT PLUS Pudding is regarded as a healthy Christmas Pudding. It contains no added sugar, no gluten and low salt and is therefore suitable for coeliacs and diabetics in controlled portions. It also uses margarine instead of butter and a reduced number of eggs to bring its nutritional specifications within approved guidelines. The full fruit and brandy flavours are still there and the Pudding is a slightly lighter style.

Available in logs of 500grams and 1kg and rounds from 500gram to 1.5kg. All are wrapped in calico cloth.
