Christmas Pudding with MACADAMIA NUT uses the same base recipe as our famous Traditional Christmas Pudding, but we add generous amounts of crushed Australian Macadamia nuts and an exotic nut oil to please those who enjoy the richness of a Christmas Pudding with nuts. The Macadamia nuts are in a variety of sizes to ensure the nutty texture is through the whole pudding. The result is a uniquely Australian pudding with a different taste and texture to our Traditional Christmas Pudding recipe. This is Christmas food at its best!
