The PERFECT PLUS Christmas Pudding is regarded as a healthy Christmas Plum Pudding. It contains no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners (just more fruit), no gluten and low salt and is therefore suitable for coeliacs and diabetics in controlled portions. It also uses 100% DAIRY FREE margarine instead of butter and a reduced number of eggs to bring its nutritional specifications within approved guidelines. The full fruit and brandy flavours of Newcastle's Pudding Lady pudding are still there and the Pudding is a slightly lighter style.

Available in logs of 500grams and 1kg and rounds from 500gram to 1.5kg. All are wrapped in calico cloth.
